How it works: When a client submits a registration, the app will:
1. Create an in-app notification for PR/Sales and Super Admin (with a live red badge)
2. Email both recipients a full text copy of the submitted form — automatically if EmailJS is set up, otherwise by opening your email app with the copy pre-filled
3. The Annex G Excel file stays downloadable from the Submissions panel

Your EmailJS template should include the variables: to_email, subject, and message (the full copy). You can also use org, registrant_count, submitted_by, and submitted_at.

Telegram alerts

When a client submits a registration, the app sends an instant Telegram message to your team with the full details and the Annex G Excel attached — free, no limits. Each recipient must open your bot in Telegram and press Start once, then click Find recipients below.

Photo auto-reading (AI)

Two places read photos for you: the Medicine Tracker pre-fills the patient and medicine list from a prescription, and Registration pre-fills a registrant row from a PhilHealth ID. Both use the same proxy and vision model below. Currently set up for NVIDIA NIM (free tier). PDFs aren't supported by the vision model — upload a photo (JPG/PNG).

Use the camera's full-resolution still (off by default — on some phones it is blurrier than the preview)

Keep your key safe. The proxy URL points to a serverless function that holds your NVIDIA API key (nvapi-...) server-side, so it never reaches the browser. Get a free key at build.nvidia.com. Leave the model ID blank to use meta/llama-3.2-11b-vision-instruct; for sharper document/handwriting reading you can try nvidia/llama-3.1-nemotron-nano-vl-8b-v1.

Privacy: the free NVIDIA tier is for testing — avoid sending real patient prescriptions or real PhilHealth IDs to it until you've confirmed its data-use terms. ID photos are read once and are never stored by the console, but they do leave the device to reach the model. Use clear, well-lit photos for best results.

Alert settings

Smart alerts are active. You’ll get in-app (and browser) notifications at:
• 1 day before the event
• 12 hours before the event
• 1 hour before the event

Click "Notify me" on the Dashboard to enable browser notifications. Alerts are checked every minute and only fire once per event.
